5. Commencement of Work with SAL Accounting

By initiating or continuing to work with SAL Accounting, you are in agreement with the following terms:

  • SAL Accounting exclusively accepts documents uploaded to its secure Drive. Please refrain from emailing documents.
  • Work will commence only upon your completion of uploading all required documents, payment of the retainer fee, and notification to SAL Accounting via email of the completion of these steps.
  • Upon finishing your tax preparation, SAL Accounting will furnish a T183 Summary and request full payment.
  • Your complete tax return will be released and eFiled once full payment is received.

6. Past Due Payments

In the event of payments being past due:

  • Payments overdue by 7 days will receive a reminder from SAL Accounting.
  • Payments overdue by 14 days will incur an administrative penalty of 15% added to the outstanding amount, capped at a maximum penalty of $100.
  • Payments overdue by 21 days will lead to the case being referred to our lawyer or Legal Counsel, who will serve a court hearing notice for breach of contract. The past due period begins from the date SAL Accounting requests payment.

7. Pricing Plans

SAL Accounting offers three distinct pricing plans: Value, Express, and Premium. By default, clients are enrolled in the Value plan unless alternative arrangements are communicated.

Pricing Plan Details:

  • Value Plan: Tax filing by a reputable CPA firm, standard service, with no priority service or additional consultation included.
  • Express Plan: Tax filing by a reputable CPA firm, priority service, with a 30-minute consultation included.
  • Premium Plan: Tax filing by a reputable CPA firm, priority service, with a 30-minute consultation included.

8. Comments and User-Generated Content

Certain sections of the website may permit users to post and exchange opinions and information. SAL Accounting does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the individuals who post them and not necessarily those of SAL Accounting. SAL Accounting reserves the right to monitor and remove inappropriate, offensive, or non-compliant Comments.

You guarantee and declare that:

  • You possess the right to post Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so.
  • Your Comments do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Your Comments do not contain defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material that invades privacy.
