Our Story of Growth
Salman, Jaz, and Alex once worked with some of the prominent names in the tax industry. They handled complex accounting and high-profile clients, gaining valuable experience along the way. But something didn’t feel right.
While they loved the work, they couldn’t ignore the struggles many clients faced. They kept seeing the same issues come up, over and over again.
From these experiences, they identified The 3 Big Client-Side Accounting Problems:

Clients couldn’t reach their accountants. Calls weren’t returned, and emails went unanswered. Support felt out of reach.

Adam has 5 years of cross-border tax experience and a background in technology consulting. He works with digital businesses, tech startups, and remote companies on US-Canadian tax matters. Adam creates simple solutions for modern businesses and stays current with tech industry needs.
Corporate Tax Expert
Jas leads corporate tax with 12 years of Canadian taxation experience. As a QuickBooks Gold Certified Expert and PMP, he works with real estate, manufacturing, and professional services companies. Fluent in English and Punjabi, Jas brings practical solutions and clear advice to help clients with tax needs.
Salman is the founder with over 10 years of experience in US-Canadian tax solutions. Featured in Yahoo Finance and The Globe & Mail, he has helped hundreds of businesses with their international tax needs. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, Salman works with clients from tech startups to manufacturing firms.
Cross-Border Tax Expert
Alex has 10 years of US-Canada cross-border tax experience, helping businesses expand across borders. He focuses on corporate structuring, international planning, and e-commerce taxation. Alex makes complex tax rules easy to understand and helps clients handle cross-border cases effectively.
Devy is an experienced accounting professional who focuses on Canadian tax and bookkeeping services. She handles corporate and personal tax returns, CRA compliance matters, and financial statements. Devy works with QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other accounting software to help clients stay organized.
Alondra leads technology solutions with 8 years of experience in cloud-based accounting systems. She works with QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, and digital automation tools. Fluent in English and Spanish, Alondra helps businesses set up better financial systems and processes to improve their operations.
