01Orders in a typical month
This is the biggest factor. More orders means more transactions to categorize and reconcile.
02Companies you have
Include one you want us to set up. Each entity is a separate set of filings.
03Where you sell and how you get paid
Every platform and every gateway is a separate feed we reconcile every month.
Where you sell
How you get paid
04Sales tax
How often you file with the CRA, and whether you're registered in other provinces.

05Inventory
If you hold stock, we track your COGS and landed cost. The more often we do it, the more work it is.
06Your financial year-end
December is our busy season. Any other year-end costs you less.
07Years of catch-up needed
Does not affect the monthly price, only the catch-up figure.

Every ecommerce file we price uses the same credit system. Each answer adds a set number of credits based on the extra work it creates. Your credits are then multiplied by the rate for each plan.

    • You are unsure about the US LLC question and double taxation"Really confused about the US LLC and double taxation." Dillon
    • You want one firm instead of three people who never speak to each other"One place instead of broken between accountants." Justine

    Maybe not

    • You are under roughly half a million a year. Our fees usually cost more than the problems they solve at that stage, and we will say so on the call
    • You want the lowest price above everything else
    • You need payroll as the main job
    • You are looking for personal tax help with no store attached

    Questions.

Our plans start at $1,000 a month for Core, $1,300 for Premium and $2,000 for Platinum. Where you land within that depends on your order volume, how many companies you run, how many platforms and payment gateways you use, and how often you file sales tax. Catching up a prior year is quoted separately.

It can, in both directions. Order volume is the heaviest factor, so a store that grows a lot will move up. A store that consolidates platforms or gateways moves down. Either way we show you which answer changed and by how much.

No, and it is more common than not. We price the catch-up separately and up front, so you see the whole cost before committing to anything ongoing.

Yes. US LLC setup, EIN, US filings and planning to avoid being taxed twice are included in Premium and Platinum. US state sales tax registration is an add on, since it depends which states you have crossed thresholds in.

Yes. Amazon counts as an extra channel in your calculation, because it is a separate data source with its own fees and payout timing.

We work on a minimum twelve month engagement. After the first year it continues month to month, and you can end it any time with sixty days notice.

On Premium and Platinum, QuickBooks is covered for you, along with Dext and A2X. Together those run $100 to $200 a month. On Core, the QuickBooks subscription is yours.

On Premium and Platinum, if the CRA or the IRS opens an audit, we handle it. There is no invoice on top for that work. Core does not include audit support.
